Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 9995bdt platform (available at https://9995bdt.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 9995bdt (the "Platform" or "Operator").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments, irrespective of whether you have individually reviewed each change.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 9995bdt:
- The Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.
- The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out player protection tools and obligations.
- Any individual promotion terms published on the platform in connection with specific bonuses or tournaments.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless a specific provision expressly states otherwise.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 9995bdt platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the account remains active:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 9995bdt is strictly an adult-only platform. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access your account, is a serious violation of these terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under a guardianship arrangement may not register.
- Geographical access: You must be physically accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited. 9995bdt directs its services at the Bangladesh market. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or play.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on 9995bdt or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or login.
- Problem gambling: You must not be registering for the purpose of circumventing a self-exclusion you have previously requested. If you have previously self-excluded from 9995bdt and believe your exclusion period has expired, contact support before attempting to create a new account.
9995bdt employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures for all new account registrations. During KYC, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm your identity and date of birth. Additional documentation including proof of address and payment method verification may be required at the Operator's discretion.
Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds held in such an account will be returned to the deposit source after verification, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety. 9995bdt reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full features of 9995bdt — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
The following registration rules apply to all 9995bdt accounts:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 9995bdt account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. The name on your 9995bdt account must match the name on your government-issued identity document exactly. Discrepancies will trigger an enhanced KYC review and may delay withdrawals.
- Account credentials: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 9995bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- Contact information updates: You must promptly notify 9995bdt of any changes to your registered email address or mobile number by contacting support. Outdated contact information may prevent delivery of important security alerts or withdrawal confirmations.
- Account non-transferability: Your 9995bdt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
The key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:
- "Account" A registered user profile on the 9995bdt platform associated with a unique username and verified identity.
- "Platform" The 9995bdt website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://9995bdt.app.
- "Player" / "You" Any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on 9995bdt.
- "Operator" The entity operating the 9995bdt platform and responsible for the services described in these terms.
- "Wallet Balance" The total BDT funds held in your 9995bdt account, including real-money and any applicable bonus balance where specified.
- "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all new and existing accounts.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 9995bdt are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed through the platform.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though the Operator reserves the right to apply account-level limits based on KYC status or responsible gaming assessments.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa or Mastercard-linked debit cards where supported.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST).
- 9995bdt does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 9995bdt's control.
- You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. In certain circumstances, withdrawal to an alternative verified method may be permitted at the Operator's discretion.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on banking days.
- 9995bdt applies no withdrawal processing fee. Any charges applied by your receiving institution are outside 9995bdt's responsibility.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance. Unverified accounts may be required to complete full identity verification before any withdrawal is approved. 9995bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotional Terms
9995bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
- Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
- Expiry: All bonus funds carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds is capped at 10x the bonus value or ৳20,000, whichever is lower.
- Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes bonus abuse. 9995bdt reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
9995bdt's promotional calendar is aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural year. Dedicated promotions may be offered during BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Bangladesh Victory Day (16 December). All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the platform when they become active.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 9995bdt platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game categories.
- Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review bet selections and stake amounts before confirmation. 9995bdt does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been accepted by the system.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game, market, and account status.
- Insufficient funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account wallet balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Ensure your balance is adequate before placing any wager.
- Void bets — Sports: In sports betting, a wager may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; the market is suspended due to a rule-4 deduction or equivalent event; an obvious pricing error has occurred. Void bets result in the full stake being returned to the player's wallet.
- Obvious errors: 9995bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or game conditions that were published as the result of a manifest technical or human error. This includes but is not limited to incorrectly quoted odds, incorrect game configurations, and software malfunctions. 9995bdt will notify affected players and return stakes where applicable.
- Game fairness: All casino games on 9995bdt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Displayed Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term expected returns and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.
- Interrupted sessions: In the event that a game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical fault, 9995bdt will use server-side records to determine the outcome of any incomplete round. The decision of 9995bdt's game integrity team is final in such cases.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9995bdt platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:
- Registering more than one account or accessing the platform using another person's account credentials.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to access your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, data-mining tools, or any artificial intelligence mechanism to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or betting market.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such exploitation will result in forfeiture of all gains and immediate account closure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9995bdt support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the 9995bdt platform software or intellectual property.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
9995bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe following a request from the Operator.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy). Where a dormant account holds a positive BDT balance, the Operator will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before any administrative fee is applied to the dormant balance.
Voluntary account closure: You may request closure of your 9995bdt account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus terms must be settled. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (such as self-exclusion) will be processed immediately with no cooling-off period.
Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension notice. 9995bdt will acknowledge all appeals within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 20 business days. During the appeal period, the suspended account will remain inaccessible.
Governing law and disputes: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 9995bdt that cannot be resolved through the support escalation process, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. 9995bdt's decisions on matters of game integrity, bet validity, and bonus eligibility are final and binding.
